Happiness. It’s what childhood is about. Yet recent research by Unicef placed the UK bottom of a league table of 21 industrialised countries for child well-being.

Clearly, it’s not always easy to be a child in the UK, where pressures of achievement, consumption and the sheer pace of modern life can all conspire against a child’s primary goal – to be happy.

Wild Learning gives children a context within which they can undertake a range of practical activities and carry out small achievable tasks. They can develop their team working skills and  learn to become  independent. If they’re not used to woodlands and green spaces, they become confident being outside, and this can form the basis of a  relationship with nature that will sustain them for the rest of their lives.

We make happy children.
